1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Mobitplus Advance ERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Mobitplus Advance ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning application provided by Mobitplus for managing inventory, jobs, employee attendance, sales and related business operations. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Subscription & Payment
Plans are billed annually, plus applicable taxes, as listed at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change with notice ahead of your next renewal. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.
4. Your Data
Your business data remains your property. We store it securely on the cloud and use it only to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
6. Intellectual Property
Mobitplus Advance ERP, its software, design and branding are the property of Mobitplus. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service itself.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Mobitplus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the notice period agreed at registration. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
